Hello and Happy New Year! 

I haven't written a post on this blog in 7 years. I can't believe it's been THAT long! Boy does time fly. Over the years I've received many emails and thank you's from people who were challenged by reactive hypoglycemia or a silent addiction to sugar. Reading through my old blog posts made me smile BIG because I was such a newbie back then. It was my first time blogging and I just wanted to help other people get through what I was going through.

Revisiting this blog also made me realize how much people need support. With that said, I'll be coming back to Get Hypo Help soon. I'd like to give the blog a refresh with a new and updated look and provide updates about my life, my health, and what I've experienced since 2013. You can also check out my new book, "Ditch Sugar for 365 Days: How to Uplevel Your Health with Six Steps, One Simple Rule, and 365 Days (A Self-Love Journey)".

It has been so rewarding being a subtle voice in this area of health. I hope to pick up and continue where I left off many years ago and roar a bit bigger. Thank you for visiting and I hope the information here will help you in some way.
